摘 要:目的依据YY/T 1543-2017《鼻氧管》中对酸碱度检测的要求,评定鼻氧管酸碱度检测的不确定度。方法按照YY/T 1543-2017制备鼻氧管酸碱度检测的检验液及空白对照液,计算可能引入检测不确定度的因素(A类和B类)带来的不确定度,通过不确定度合成得到总不确定度。结果总不确定度计算结果显示,由检测重复性引入的A类不确定度及由pH计引入的B类不确定度是总不确定度的主要组成部分。结论日常检测工作中,试验人员除了定期对设备进行维护和检定外,还应注意操作的规范性,尽量减少各种因素对试验结果的影响,提高检测的准确度。Objective According to the requirements for the pH test in YY/T 1543-2017 Nasal oxygen cannula,the uncertainty of pH measurement of nasal oxygen cannula was evaluated.Methods The test solution and blank control solution for the pH test of nasal oxygen cannula were prepared according to YY/T 1543-2017,the uncertainties caused by the factors which may introduce test uncertainty(Class A and Class B)were calculated,and the total uncertainty was obtained through the synthesis of all uncertainties.Results The total uncertainty calculation results showed that the Class A uncertainty caused by detection repeatability and the Class B uncertainty caused by pH meter were the main components of the total uncertainty.Conclusion In daily detection,in addition to maintaining and verifying the equipment regularly,testers should also pay attention to the standardization of operation to minimize the impacts of various factors on the test results and improve the accuracy of detection.
