摘  要:目的研制一种声音导航空肠营养管进行动物实验,验证该营养管的可行性及安全性。方法选择体质量3~4 kg的大耳白兔(由重庆医科大学动物实验中心提供)20只,将其随机分为两组,每组10只。对照组使用传统空肠营养管置管,实验组使用声音导航空肠营养管置管(声音导航空肠营养管由相互独立的第一导管和第二导管组成,其中,第一导管临近第二导管的一端侧壁开有营养液出口;第二导管内设置有声音导航装置,管壁开有若干通孔),比较两组置管成功率、操作时间及置管过程中不良事件发生率。结果实验组置管成功率高于对照组,操作时间短于对照组,置管过程中黏膜损伤出血及误入气道发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用声音导航空肠营养管具有定位准确、操作快捷、安全性高等特点,为临床应用奠定了基础。Objective A kind of jejunal nutrition tube with sound navigation was designed,and then the animal experiments were carried out to verify its feasibility and safety.Methods 20 rabbits whose body mass ranged from 3~4 kg(provided by Animal Experiment Center of Chongqing Medical University)were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 in each.The traditional jejunal nutrition tubes were used in the control group for intubation,while the sound navigation jejunal nutrition tubes were used in the experiment group for intubation(The sound navigation jejunal nutrient tube was consisted of a first catheter and a second catheter.A nutrient solution outlet was set on the side wall of one end of the first catheter which was close to the second catheter and a sound navigation device was set in the second catheter which had holes on the wall),and then the intubation success rate,operation time and the incidence of advent events during intubation were compared between the two groups.Results The intubation success rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,the operation time of the experiment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidences of bleeding caused by mucosa injury and entering the airway by mistake were both lower of the experiment group were both lower than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The new sound navigation jejunal nutrition tube has the advantages of accurate positioning,quick operation,and high safety,laying foundations for clinical use.
