摘  要:根据巷道水泥摊铺机井下实际作业的要求,设计了巷道水泥摊铺机行走装置的液压系统原理图,并对主要液压元件进行了选型计算。用仿真软件AMESim16.0对履带行走液压系统进行建模仿真分析,结果显示行走马达启动平稳且启动时间短,并且马达口压力在不同坡度工况下都能保持稳定,马达流量稳定在40 L/min。表明该液压系统可靠。According to the requirements of underground operation of the roadway cement paver, the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the roadway cement paver walking device was designed, and the main hydraulic components were selected and calculated.Simulation software AMESim16.0 was used to model and simulate the crawler walking hydraulic system.The results showed that the walking motor started stably, the starting time was short, the motor port pressure remained stable under different slope conditions, and the motor flow stabilized at 40 L/min, which indicated that the hydraulic system was reliable.
