摘　　要：目的探讨奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤的临床效果,分析其应用价值。方法方便选择2018年1月—2020年12月该院收治的老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者105例,采用抛硬币方式随机划分参照组(n=52)与研究组(n=53),给予参照组奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗方式,给予研究组卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗方式,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较。结果研究组客观缓解率为64.15%,血清癌胚抗原为(8.94±1.03)μg/L,糖抗原19-9为(25.01±2.14)U/mL,其生存质量总分为(85.28±2.67)分,均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.024;t=24.367、21.180、21.160,P<0.001)。结论应用卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂对老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者进行治疗,临床近期效果显著,可改善患者生存质量,降低患者肿瘤负荷状态,有助于延长患者生存周期。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment of malignant gastrointestinal tumors in the elderly,and to analyze its application value.Methods Conveniently selected 105 cases elderly patients with gastrointestinal malignancies admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020.A coin toss method was used to randomly divide the reference group(n=52)and the study group(n=53).The reference group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil,and the study group was treated with capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The objective response rate of the study group was 64.15%,the serum carcinoembryonic antigen was(8.94±1.03)μg/L,the carbohydrate antigen 19-9 was(25.01±2.14)U/mL,and the total quality of life score was(85.28±2.67)points.All were significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.024;t=24.367,21.180,21.160,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with gastrointestinal malignancies has a significant clinical short-term effect.Improve the patient's quality of life,reduce the patient's tumor burden status,and help prolong the patient's life cycle.
