舒适护理对肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛与应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析肛周脓肿患者应用舒适护理对其术后疼痛与应激反应的影响。方法方便选取2020年1月—2021年5月该院收治的72例肛周脓肿患者,以随机抽签分为参照组与研究组,每组36例,参照组应用常规方式对患者进行护理干预,研究组应用舒适护理对患者进行护理干预,对比两组患者术后疼痛程度与应激反应情况。结果护理前,评估两组患者疼痛程度与应激反应各项评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组患者NRS评分、SAS评分以及SDS评分分别为(2.92±0.54)分、(27.33±2.65)分、(26.20±2.41)分,其数据显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.152、10.368、11.137,P<0.001);研究组患者护理服务满意度(94.44%)显著高于参照组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.011);研究组患者不良反应发生率(2.78%)显著低于参照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.032)。结论在常规护理基础上对肛周脓肿患者进行舒适护理干预,可减轻患者疼痛程度和应激反应,改善患者心理状态,有助于提升患者临床预后效果。Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on postoperative pain and stress response in patients with perianal abscess.Methods 72 patients with perianal abscess treated in the hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were conveniently selected.The groups were the reference group and the study group by randomly drawn,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group applied conventional methods to the patients received nursing intervention,and the study group applied comfortable nursing care to the patients.The postoperative pain degree and stress response of the two groups were compared.Results The pain degree and stress response scores of the two groups of patients were evaluated before nursing,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the NRS score,SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the study group were(2.92±0.54)points,(27.33±2.65)points,(26.20±2.41)points,respectively,the data was significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.152,10.368,11.137,P<0.001);the patient's satisfaction with nursing service in the study group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(72.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.011);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.78%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.032).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for patients with perianal abscess on the basis of routine nursing can reduce the pain degree and stress response of the patient,improve the psychological state of the patient,and help improve the clinical prognosis of the patient.
