摘　　要：本文报告了9例皮肌炎合并吞咽障碍患者早期进食训练的康复护理经验。针对患者吞咽障碍的特点,根据多维度评估结果,制订早期进食训练方案,包括精细化吞咽功能训练、摄食训练、体位管理、活动管理和呼吸功能训练及管理。经过精心治疗和护理,9例患者的吞咽功能得到明显改善,全部康复并出院。The article reported the nursing experience of nine dermatomyositis patients accompanied with dysphagia in early feeling training.According to the characteristics of patients with dysphagia,a safety management of early feeding training was developed based on multi-dimensional evaluation results,including refined swallowing function training,feeding training,posture management,activity management,and respiratory function training and management.As a result of careful treatment and nursing,the patients′swallowing function was significantly improved.All patients were discharged with an improvement of the disease.
