某水利工程投资估算及国民经济评价

摘　　要：根据国民经济发展的要求,在工程技术可行的条件下,依据水利工程投资估算,分析、计算某水利工程建设项目投入的费用和产出的效益,并进行经济评价,结果显示此水利工程的EIRR>6%,ENPV>0,EBCR>1,国民经济各指标均满足规范要求。另由经济敏感性分析可知,该项目具有一定的抗风险能力。According to the requirements of national economic development,the input cost and output benefit of construction project are analyzed and calculated based on the investment estimation of water conservancy project under the condition of feasible engineering technology.The economic evaluation is also carried out.The results show that the EIRR index of the water conservancy project is higher than 8%,the ENVP index is higher than 0,and the EBCR value is higher than 1.All indicators of national economy meet the standard requirements.In addition,the economic sensitivity analysis shows that the project has a certain ability to resist risk.
