摘　　要：《劳德章程》是牛津大学对大学治理制度所进行的一次全面性总结和突破,表现在通过该章程将以往一些约定俗成的规则以制度性文本形式确定下来,构建了牛津大学基本的治理框架基础,并针对已有章程不足完善了相应的治理制度设计,提升了大学治理能力。此后,牛津大学始终保持依法治校、依章治校的传统,在对《劳德章程》的继承和发展上形成了一套行之有效的大学治理制度,并在对章程这一大学治理规范的修订完善中保持和提升了自身的治理水平,促进了牛津大学治理现代化进程。《劳德章程》及其治理制度的发展使牛津大学长期保持世界一流大学的地位。The Laudian Code is a comprehensive summary and breakthrough of the university governance system by the Oxford University,which is reflected in the determination of some conventional rules in the form of institutional text through the statute,and the basic governance framework foundation of the Oxford University is constructed.In view of the shortcomings of the existing statutes,the corresponding governance system design is improved,and the university governance ability is enhanced.Since then,the Oxford University has always maintained the tradition of governing the university by laws and statutes,formed an effective university governance system in the inheritance and development of the Laudian Code,and maintained and improved its own governance level in the revision and improvement of the statutes,a university governance norm,which promoted the process of governance modernization of the Oxford University.The development of the Laudian Code and its governance system has not only enabled the Oxford University to maintain its position as a world-class university for a long time,but also inspired the construction of university statutes and the modernization of university governance in China.
