摘　　要：某多层钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房建于软土地基上,现已产生不均匀沉降。对厂房沉降原因进行了简要分析,并根据工程实际情况,采用增设锚杆静压桩和顶升纠偏法对厂房进行了加固,并对顶升施工主要施工步骤进行了介绍,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。A multiple storey reinforced concrete frame structure workshop was built on soft soil foundation,which has occurred uneven settlement.This paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the settlement of the plant,and according to the actual situation of the project,adopts the method of adding anchor static pressure pile and jacking deviation correction to reinforce the plant,and introduces the main construction steps of jacking construction,which has reference significance for similar projects.
