摘 要:通过某T梁桥的技术状况评定、结构检算和荷载试验,阐述了预应力CFRP板技术加固的可行性、合理性。研究结果表明:背景工程加固后技术状况由4类桥变为2类桥,加固效果明显。加固后,各工况控制截面测点挠度、应变校验系数分别在0.64~0.72和0.83~0.94之间,均小于1.0,实测第1阶竖弯频率为5.93Hz,大于理论计算频率5.84Hz;实测阻尼比分别为1.6%。预应力碳纤维板加固技术可有效提高T梁桥抗弯承载力,满足桥梁的使用要求。In this paper,the feasibility and rationality of prestressed CFRP plate technology reinforcement were expounded through the technical condition assessment,structure checking and load test of a T-beam bridge.The results show that the technical condition of the background engineering is changed from class 4 bridge to class 2 bridge,and the reinforcement effect is obvious.After reinforcement,the deflection and strain check coefficients of the control section at each working condition are in the range of 0.64~0.72 and 0.83-0.94 respectively,which are all less than 1.0.The measured frequency of the first vertical bend is 5.93Hz,which is greater than the theoretical calculation frequency of 5.84Hz.The measured damping ratios are respectively 1.6%.The technology of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement can effectively improve the bending capacity of T beam bridge and meet the requirements of the bridge.
