医院档案管理的现状及档案信息自动化的管理对策分析

摘　　要：在经济快速发展的新时期背景下,我国的医疗事业也获得了非常大的发展和进步空间,医院档案管理工作在信息技术的支持下,实现了非常大的进步,并且发挥出了应有的作用。而由于在管理模式、人员素质等方面还存在一定的不足,造成医院档案信息自动化的管理工作无法获得预期效果,影响了医院档案管理的质量和效率。因此,为了确保解决以往医院档案管理工作中存在的问题,需要在明确医院档案管理工作重要性的基础上,分析在档案信息自动化过程中遇到的实际问题,并且通过加强自动化管理理念和标准建设、对档案信息资源进行有效整合、提升相关人员专业能力和素质等方式,促使医院能够与时俱进地发展,不断提升档案管理水平。In the context of rapid economic development in the new era,China's medical industry has also obtained a very large space for development and progress.With the support of information technology,hospital archives management has achieved great progress and played its due role.However,due to the deficiencies in management mode and personnel quality,the automatic management of hospital archives information cannot achieve the expected effect,which affects the quality and efficiency of hospital archives management.Therefore,in order to solve the problems existing in the past hospital archives management,it is necessary to analyze the practical problems encountered in the process of archives information automation on the basis of clarifying the importance of hospital archives management,and strengthen the construction of automation management concept and standards,effectively integrate archives information resources,and improve the quality of archives information to improve the professional ability and quality of relevant personnel,and promote the development of the hospital to keep pace with the times,and constantly improve the level of file management.
