滋肾平肝经验汤剂内服在高血压患者中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的分析探讨滋肾平肝经验汤剂内服应用于高血压患者治疗中的价值。方法在本院2019年4月—2020年4月接受治疗的高血压患者当中抽选84例作为本研究观察对象,以数字随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组42例患者给予西药治疗,观察组42例患者给予滋肾平肝经验汤剂内服联合西药治疗。比较两组主要临床症状、血压水平变化情况、血流变化情况以及临床疗效。结果观察组患者的临床总好转率为92.86%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的舒张压为(80.94±2.74)mmHg、收缩压为(125.41±4.59)mmHg,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的主要症状(头痛、眩晕、急燥易怒、口干口苦和便秘)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度和全血高切黏度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肾平肝经验汤剂内服治疗高血压的临床疗效理想。Objective To evaluate the value of Zishen Pinggan Experience Decoction in the treatment of hypertension patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation object of this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.42 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 42 patients in the observation group were treated with Zishen Pinggan Experience Decoction combined with western medicine.The main clinical symptoms,blood pressure,blood flow and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical improvement rate in the observation group was 92.86%,higher than 73.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were(80.94±2.74)mmHg and(125.41±4.59)mmHg,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the main symptoms scores of the observation group after treatment of headache,dizziness,irritability,dry mouth,bitter mouth and constipation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Zishen Pinggan Experience Decoction has significant clinical effect on hypertension.
