专科临床护理路径在甲状腺手术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析专科临床护理路径在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2021年1月于本院行甲状腺手术的80例患者作为研究对象,根据患者不同的入院治疗时间分为参照组(2019年1月—2020年1月,40例)与研究组(2020年2月—2021年1月,40例),参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用专科临床护理路径,比较两组护理前后Wong-Banker面部表情疼痛量表评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、术后并发症发生率和护理满意率。结果护理后,研究组的Wong-Banker面部表情疼痛量表评分、SAS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,护理满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术护理中应用专科临床护理路径可有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪与疼痛程度,还能降低其并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of specialized clinical nursing pathway in thyroid surgery nursing.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(January 2019 to January 2020,40 cases)and the study group(February 2020 to January 2021,40 cases)according to the different hospitalization time of patients.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given specialized clinical nursing path.The Wong banker facial function before and after nursing was compared between the two groups expression pain scale score,self rating anxiety scale score(SAS)and postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rate.Results After nursing,the scores of Wong-Banker facial expression pain scale and SAS in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the reference group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of specialized clinical nursing pathway in thyroid surgery nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety and pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
