摘  要:目的研究互联网+健康教育对糖尿病患者生存质量的影响,探讨对糖尿病患者健康教育的有效途径。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月在福州市新店卫生院就诊的糖尿病患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用互联网+多元化健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育,采用糖尿病自我管理活动量表(SDSCA)、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评价患者自我管理行为和生存质量,比较两组接受不同健康教育措施后自我管理行为和生存质量情况。结果在接受健康教育6个月后,在自我管理行为中,研究组糖尿病患者的遵医嘱用药、运动管理、饮食管理、血糖监测、足部护理等维度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生存质量中,研究组糖尿病患者的总体健康、生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、精神健康等维度的得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血糖控制指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对糖尿病患者提供互联网+多元化健康教育效果明显,能够显著提高患者的自我管理行为,改善其生存质量,应给予大力推广与应用。Objective To study the influence of Internet Health Education onquality of life in diabetic patients,and to explore the effective way of health education for diabetic patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,a total of 80 diabetic patients in Xindian Health Center of Fuzhou were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into study group and Control Group.The study group was given multiple health education and the control group was given routine health education,the self-management behaviors,and the quality of life were evaluated separately by the summary of diabetes self-care activities questionnaire(SDSCA)and the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36).Results After 6 months of health education,in the self-management behavior,the scores of diabetic patients in the study group were higher than that in the control group in the following dimensions:medication according to doctor's advice,exercise management,diet management,blood-glucose monitoring,foot care,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the quality of life,the scores of diabetic patients in the study group were higher than that in the control group in the dimensions of general health(GH),physical functioning(PF),role physical(RP),bodily pain(BP),vitality(VT),social functioning(SF),mental health(MH),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood-glucose control indicators of the study group were better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to provide diversified health education for diabetic patients in clinic,which can improve their self-management behaviors and improve their quality of life.The diversified health education should be vigorously promoted and applied.
