摘　　要：目的了解职工对网上职代会管理平台的评价、基本态度和诉求,进一步推动网上职代会的建设和管理。方法2019年10月,选取上海市肺科医院、同济医院、复旦大学附属妇产科医院、复旦大学附属公共卫生中心、上海市第九人民医院(排名不分先后)的300名具有较强代表性的医护人员进行调研。共发放问卷300份,回收294份,回收率98.0%。结果医院职工对开展网上职代会的认可度较高,认为网上职代会管理工作有效促进本单位公共民主管理,但平台在技术设计、运营管理、职工参与意愿和医院支持力度等方面还存在一些问题。结论网上职代会是一种高效的职代会形式,从采取新技术形式、做好多层次互动、提升用户体验、调动职工积极性等方面着手,推动网上职代会与传统职代会有机结合。Objective Understand the evaluation,the basic attitude and appeal of the staff to the network management platform of the trade union congress,to further promote the construction and management of the network management platform of the trade union congress.Methods October 2019,a survey was conducted among 300 medical staff with strong representation from Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital,Tongji Hospital,Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University,Public Health Central Hospital of Fudan University,and Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital(in no particular order).A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 294 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 98.0%.Results The hospital staff had a high degree of approval for the development of the online workers’congress,and believed that the management of the online workers’congress effectively promotes the public democratic management of their units,however,there were still some problems in the aspects of technical design,operation management,staff participation willingness and hospital support.Conclusion The network management platform of the trade union congress is an efficient form of job fair,from the adoption of new technology,multi-level interaction,enhance user experience,mobilize the enthusiasm of workers and so on,to promote the network management platform of the trade union congress and traditional workers’congress organic combination.
