基于ZigBee技术构建的麻醉科疼痛“云病房”管理模式的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于紫蜂技术(ZigBee)构建的麻醉科疼痛“云病房”管理模式应用在镇痛患者中的效果。方法根据抽签法,将2020年5月—2021年5月在医院麻醉科100例术后疼痛患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用麻醉科疼痛“云病房”管理模式,观察组采用基于ZigBee技术构建的麻醉科疼痛“云病房”管理模式。比较两组患者疼痛程度、心理状态、细胞因子水平、生活质量以及护理满意度。结论相较于对照组,管理后观察组疼痛评分、心理状态评分以及细胞因子水平更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,管理后观察组生活质量评分和护理满意度均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果基于ZigBee技术构建的麻醉科疼痛“云病房”管理模式经镇痛患者应用后,可缓解患者痛苦,减少机体应激反应,调节其心理状态和生活质量,护理满意度高,建议在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of pain“cloud ward”management mode in anesthesiology department based on ZigBee technology in analgesic patients.Methods According to the method of drawing lots,100 patients with postoperative pain in the department of anesthesiology of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was adopted the pain“cloud ward”management mode of anesthesiology department,and the observation group adopted the pain“cloud ward”management mode of anesthesiology department based on ZigBee technology.The pain degree,psychological state,cytokine level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the pain score,psychological state score and cytokine level in the observation group were superior after management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher after management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain“cloud ward”management mode of anesthesiology department constructed based on ZigBee technology can alleviate patients’pain,reduce body stress response,adjust their psychological state and quality of life,and has high nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to be popularized and applied in clinic.
