摘 要:目的探讨加强输血检验质量控制在减少输血不良反应中的价值。方法纳入200例三明市第一医院收治的输血患者进行研究(2019年1月—2020年12月),按非同周期法分为观察组(n=100,2019年1—12月,采用常规输血检验质量管理)、对照组(n=100,2020年1—12月,采用优化输血检验质量控制),统计两组不良反应发生率、输血质量控制评分、输血满意度、输血安全事故发生率。结果(1)不良反应发生率:观察组(4.00%)低于对照组(15.00%),χ^(2)=7.0369,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)输血质量控制评分:观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)输血满意度:观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)输血安全事故发生率:观察组(1.00%)低于对照组(10.00%),χ^(2)=7.7922,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血过程中加强血站及输血科输血检验质量控制对降低输血不良反应率、输血安全事故发生率有重要作用,亦可提高输血质控评分。Objective To explore the value of strengthening the quality control of blood transfusion testing in reducing adverse blood transfusion reactions.Methods A total of 200 admitted blood transfusion patients(January 2019 to December 2020)in Sanming First Hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group(n=100,January to December 2019,using routine blood transfusion test quality management)and control group(n=100,January to December 2020,adopting optimized blood transfusion inspection quality control)according to the non-same cycle method,counted the incidence of adverse reactions,blood transfusion quality control scores,blood transfusion satisfaction,and blood transfusion safety accident rates in the two groups.Results(1)The incidence of adverse reactions:the observation group(4.00%)was lower than the control group(15.00%),χ^(2)=7.0369,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Blood transfusion quality control score:the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Blood transfusion satisfaction:the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The incidence of blood transfusion safety accidents:the observation group(1.00%)was lower than the control group(10.00%),χ^(2)=7.7922,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality control of testing during blood transfusion has an important effect on reducing the rate of adverse blood transfusion reactions and the incidence of blood transfusion safety accidents.It can also improve the blood transfusion quality control score.
