摘 要:目的:分析在诊断重症颅内感染患者中使用视频脑电图(V-EEG)的价值。方法:选取2018年8月—2020年8月新乡市中心医院收治的70例重症颅内感染患儿,均使用V-EEG、MRI等方式诊断,然后分析各方式的诊断价值。结果:诊断重症颅内感染患儿时,V-EEG检出率高于MRI,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.1181,P<0.05),急性期与稳定期患儿出现背景异常发生率均是94.29%,但急性期患儿癫痫样放电率为60.00%,恢复患儿癫痫样放电率是34.29%。结论:使用视频脑电图诊断重症颅内感染患儿效果显著,能敏感捕捉到急性期、恢复期患儿的病情变化,有利于早期诊断、病情评估、预后评价和指导治疗等,值得应用。Objective: To analyze the value of video electroencephalogram(V-EEG) in the diagnosis of severe intracranial infection. Methods: From August 2018 to August 2020, 70 children with severe intracranial infection were selected and diagnosed by V-EEG and MRI, and the diagnostic value of each method was analyzed. Results: The detection rate of V-EEG in children with severe intracranial infection was higher than that of MRI, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.118 1,P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal background in acute and stable children was 94.29%, but the rate of epileptic discharge in acute stage was 60.00%, and that in recovery stage was 34.29%. Conclusion: Video EEG is effective in the diagnosis of severe intracranial infection in children. It can sensitively capture the changes of children’s condition in acute stage and convalescence stage, which is conducive to early diagnosis, disease evaluation, prognosis evaluation and treatment guidance, which is worthy of application.
