摘 要:目的:基于Nrf2-ARE信号通路探讨加味丹参饮对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响及其作用机制。方法:纳入30只家兔,分为空白组、干预组[加味丹参饮+莱菔硫烷(Nrf2激活剂)]和单纯心肌缺血再灌注组(模型组),每组各有10只家兔,对比三组家兔的Nrf2-ARE信号通路指标,凋亡细胞数量。结果:干预组家兔的Nrf2-ARE信号通路指标高于另外两组,凋亡细胞数量明显低于模型组。以上指标差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组和模型组都出现了心肌纤维着色不均匀、排列混乱情况,但是干预组心肌细胞坏死范围更小,炎性细胞浸润情况更轻。结论:针对心肌缺血再灌注损伤采用加味丹参饮进行干预,可以帮助更好地保护研究对象的心肌细胞,有更优的改善效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Danshen Decoction on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and its mechanism based on the Nrf2-ARE signal pathway.Method Thirty rabbits were enrolled and divided into blank group,intervention group[Jiawei Danshen Decoction+sulforaphane(Nrf2 activator)]and simple myocardial ischemia reperfusion group(model group).Each group had 10 rabbits.The Nrf2-ARE signal pathway indicators and the number of apoptotic cells in the three groups of mice were compared.Results The Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway index of the rabbits in the intervention group was higher than that of the other two groups,and the number of apoptotic cells was significantly lower than that of the model group.The above indicators were significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).Both the intervention group and the model group showed uneven coloration and disordered arrangement of myocardial fibers,but the area of myocardial cell necrosis in the intervention group was smaller,and the inflammatory cell infiltration was lighter.Conclusion The intervention of Jiawei Danshen Decoction for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury can help to better protect the cardiomyocytes of the study subjects and have a better improvement effect.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
