摘  要:目的:探讨α1-抗胰凝乳蛋白酶(α1-AT)多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)易感性的关系。方法:选取收治的COPD患者110例(COPD组),同时选取健康志愿者110例作为对照组,采用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性方法检测α1-AT基因rs1243166序列基因多态性。结果:COPD组和对照组α1-AT基因rs1243166序列基因型分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中COPD组基因型GG和等位基因G比例分别为38.18%和60.00%,高于对照组;GG型患者一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)为(48.89±9.92)%,明显低于AA型和GA型患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AA型和GA型患者FEV_(1)/FVC比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:α1-AT基因rs1243166序列基因多态性与COPD易感性有关,基因型GG患者肺功能较差。Objective To explore the relationship between the polymorphism ofα1-antichymotrypsin(α1-AT)and the susceptibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method 110 COPD patients(COPD group)treated in our hospital were selected,and 110 healthy volunteers were selected as control group,the rs1243166 gene polymorphism ofα1-AT gene was detected by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results There was significant difference in genotype distribution of rs1243166 sequence between COPD group and control group(P<0.05),the proportion of genotype GG and allele G in COPD group were 38.18%and 60.00%,respectively,which were higher than that in control group;The ratio of forced expiratory volume persecond to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in GG patients was(48.89±9.92)%,which were significantly lower than that in AA and GA patients(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in FEV_(1)/FVC between AA and GA patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The rs1243166 gene polymorphism ofα1-AT gene is related to the susceptibility of COPD,and the lung function of GG patients is poor.
