摘  要:广州地铁十四号线、二十一号线等项目地铁车辆空调系统偶发性出现漏电保护断路器分断联动主回路断路器分断的故障,引起空调机组断电停机保护、无法正常通风制冷,影响乘坐舒适性和列车运营服务质量。根据空调系统控制原理、空调系统电气原理和漏电保护断路器原理,从空调系统负载线路、漏电保护断路器动作值等方面调查漏电保护断路器分断故障原因,并提出相应的解决方案。经实践验证,采取的整改措施合理有效,解决因漏电保护断路器分断故障引起的空调机组停机保护、无法正常通风制冷的问题,降低空调系统故障率,提升列车乘坐舒适性和运营服务质量。The air-conditioning system of subway vehicles of Guangzhou Metro Line 14 and Line 21 occasionally has the fault of the leakage protection circuit breaker disconnecting the main circuit breaker disconnecting,causing the air conditioning unit to cut of the power and stop the protection,and the normal ventilation and cooling cannot be performed,which seriously affects ride comfort and service quality of train operations.According to the control principle of the air conditioning system,the electrical principle of the air conditioning system and the principle of the leakage protection circuit breaker,the reasons for the disconnection fault of the leakage protection circuit breaker are investigated from the load circuit of the air conditioning system and the operation value of the leakage protection circuit breaker,and corresponding solutions are proposed.It has been verified by practice that the corrective measures taken are reasonable and effective,which solves the problem that the air-conditioning unit cannot be properly ventilated and refrigerated due to the fault of the leakage protection circuit breaker.It reduces the failure rate of the airconditioning system and improves the comfort of the train and the quality of operation services.
