摘  要:选用乙酰化纳米纤维素(CNCs)作为聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜的改性材料,通过共混改性方法制备新型CNCs/PVDF复合超滤膜,探究了乙酰化CNCs含量对CNCs/PVDF复合超滤膜的结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着乙酰化CNCs质量分数从0增加到1.0%,复合超滤膜的表层膜孔增多,膜通量恢复率及对牛血清蛋白的截留率明显增加,纯水通量、孔隙率均先明显增加后略微下降,水接触角明显下降;随着乙酰化CNCs含量增加,复合超滤膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均先降低后上升再降低;综合考虑CNCs/PVDF复合超滤膜的分离性能和力学性能,添加乙酰化CNCs质量分数宜控制在1.0%左右。A novel nanocellulose/polyvinylidene fluoride(CNCs/PVDF)composite ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by blending modification using acetylated CNCs as the modified material.The effects of acetylated CNCs content on the structure and properties of CNCs/PVDF composite ultrafiltration membrane were investigated.The results showed that as the mass fraction of acetylated CNCs increased from 0 to 1.0%,the surface membrane pores of the composite ultrafiltration membrane increased,the membrane flux recovery rate and the rejection rate of bovine serum protein increased significantly,the pure water flux and porosity first increased significantly and then decreased slightly,and the water contact angle decreased significantly;the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite ultrafiltration membrane decreased first,then increased and finally decreased with the increase of acetylated CNCs content;and comprehensively considering the separation and mechanical properties of CNCs/PVDF composite ultrafiltration membrane,the mass fraction of acetylated CNCs should be controlled at about 1.0%.
