摘 要:采用不同表面活性剂对不同粒度和形状的铜(Cu)粉进行表面改性,将改性Cu粉与聚己内酰胺(PA 6)切片共混造粒制得Cu粉质量分数为1.1%的Cu-PA 6抗菌切片,再通过熔融纺丝制备Cu-PA 6抗菌纤维;分析了Cu粉、Cu-PA 6抗菌切片的微观结构形貌及热稳定性,研究了Cu-PA 6抗菌切片的可纺性、Cu-PA 6抗菌纤维的力学性能及抗菌性能。结果表明:采用油酸包覆球形Cu粉制得的改性Cu粉分散性、热稳定性良好,与PA 6基体的相容性良好;采用油酸包覆球形Cu粉制备的Cu-PA 6抗菌切片可纺性良好,纤维成品率达88%;Cu-PA 6抗菌纤维力学性能良好,拉伸变形丝(DTY)断裂强度为4.43 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为29.95%;Cu-PA 6抗菌纤维抗菌性能优异且持久,洗涤前后DTY对白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均大于99%。The surface of copper(Cu)powder with different particle size and shape was modified with different surfactants.The modified Cu powder was blended with polycaprolactam(PA 6)chips to prepare antibacterial Cu-PA 6 chips with 1.1%Cu powder by mass fraction which was produced into antibacterial Cu-PA 6 fiber by melt spinning.The microstructure,morphology and thermal stability of Cu powder and antibacterial Cu-PA 6 chips were analyzed.The spinnability of antibacterial Cu-PA 6 chips and the mechanical and antibacterial properties of antibacterial Cu-PA 6 fiber were studied.The results showed that the modified Cu powder prepared by coating spherical Cu powder with oleic acid had good dispersion and thermal stability and good compatibility with PA 6 matrix;the antibacterial Cu-PA 6 chip prepared by coating spherical Cu powder with oleic acid had good spinnability with the yield of fiber up to 88%;the antibacterial Cu-PA 6 fiber had good mechanical properties and the draw-textured yarn(DTY)had the breaking strength of 4.43 cN/dtex and the elongation at break 29.95%;and the antibacterial rate of DTY against Candida albicans,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was all above 99%before and after washing,indicating an excellent and lasting antibacterial property of antibacterial Cu-PA 6 fiber.
