摘  要:采用乙二醇做萃取剂,150℃加热回流2.5 h处理聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)切片试样,再以异丙醇为内标物,采用气相色谱内标工作曲线法测定了PBT切片中游离四氢呋喃(THF)的含量。结果表明:该方法加标回收率为96.3%~98.6%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~3.5%,均符合国家标准对化学方法的准确度和精密度的要求;与现有的方法相比,该方法不需要使用昂贵的顶空进样器,试样不需要粉碎剪切等复杂的处理操作,具有操作简便、结果可靠等优点,完全可以应用于PBT实际生产中。Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)chip samples were treated with ethylene glycol as extractant and heated at 150℃for 2.5 h.And the content of free tetrahydrofuran(THF)in PBT chip was determined by gas chromatography with isopropyl alcohol as internal standard.The results showed that the standard addition recovery rate was 96.3%-98.6%and the relative standard deviation was 2.6%-3.5%,which met the requirements of national standards for accuracy and precision of chemical methods;compared with the existing methods,this method does not need expensive headspace sampler and does not require complex processing operations such as crushing and shearing samples,which can be fully applied to the actual production of PBT due to the advantages of simple operation and reliable results.
