摘 要:组织错误是个体错误的根源,员工对组织安全管理的信任是一种典型的计算型信任。为探究组织错误如何向个体错误传导,构建了一个有调节的中介模型来考察组织错误向个体错误传导的作用机制。基于由建筑行业132份调查问卷方法获取的企业安全经理和一线工人的配对数据,采用PLS结构方程和Smart PLS软件进行实证检验。结果表明:组织错误正向影响个体错误,计算型信任在其中起部分中介作用;企业经济效益在组织错误与计算型信任之间的负向调节作用不成立,这一结论揭示了企业“高安全投入”与员工“低安全感知”的安全悖论;工人工作年限正向调节计算型信任对个体错误的影响。Organizational errors are the roots of individual errors.A moderated mediation model of the transmission mechanism from organizational errors to individual errors was constructed to effectively reduce the frequency of individual errors as well as the number of safety accidents in high-risk systems.Based on the social exchange theory,the definition of workers'trust in organizational safety-specific management was proposed.Further,it has been pinpointed that workers'trust in organizational safety-specific management is a typical calculusbased trust that begins and ends at the minimal level.This is the basic premise of this study,which is essential to influence workers'self-protection attitude and their unsafe behavioral choices in high-risk systems.First of all,based on organizational errors'characteristics of inherently“organizational”in nature,latency,and transmissibility,we developed and validated the organizational errors'scale.Second,using the mature scales of calculus-based trust and individual errors as well as the selfdeveloped organizational errors'scale,a matched two-stage questionnaire survey was conducted in the construction enterprises in Beijing,Shanghai,Anhui,Jilin,and Guangdong province.The data of calculus-based trust,individual errors and working length was collected from front-line construction workers who experienced multiple individual errors;then the data of organizational errors and corporate economic benefits were collected from corporate high-level safety managers from the enterprises in which the workers had answered the questionnaire in the first stage.A sample of 132 pairs of high-level safety managers and front-line workers was collected.Third,PLS-SEM and Smart PLS were used for hypothesis tests and statistical analysis.Results show that(1)individual errors are influenced by organizational errors,and calculus-based trust partially mediates between them.(2)Corporate economic benefits do not negatively moderate the relationship between organizational errors and calculus-based trust,wh
