健康价值观指导下县域医共体构建影响要素分析

摘　　要：县域医共体改革对提升基层医疗卫生服务能力,满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求具有积极重要的意义,这与健康价值观不谋而合。在文献研究和实地访谈基础上,文章列举出20条健康价值观指导下县域医共体构建的影响要素,结合试点县的调查情况,通过因子分析,总结出影响要素的三个方面,包括资源配置和内部配合、健康价值导向的制度建设、健康价值观的改革意愿,以期为健康价值观指导下县域医共体的构建提供参考。The reform of county-based healthcare communities is of positive significance to improve the ability of primary health care services and meet the growing health needs of the public, which coincides with the health values. According to literature and field interviews, 20 items of county-based healthcare community construction under the guidance of health values were listed. Combined with the investigation results in pilot counties, this study summarized three influencing factors using factorial analysis, including resource allocation and internal cooperation, health value-oriented system construction, and health value reform willingness, so that it can provide reference for the construction of county-based healthcare communities under the guidance of health values.
