摘　　要：目的分析中国2016-2019年适龄儿童国家免疫规划(National Immunization Program,NIP)疫苗常规免疫报告接种率。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集适龄儿童22剂次NIP疫苗的接种信息,描述性分析报告接种率。结果2016年、2017年、2018年、2019年适龄儿童NIP疫苗总报告接种率分别为99.23%、99.25%、99.11%、99.11%,各疫苗剂次报告接种率分别在97.86%-99.85%、97.56%-99.85%、97.43%-99.84%、97.87%-99.85%之间;东部、中部、西部地区2016-2019年各疫苗剂次报告接种率分别在99.37%-99.51%、98.78%-99.02%、98.89%-99.20%之间。结论中国2016-2019年适龄儿童NIP疫苗常规免疫报告接种率均处于较高水平,仍需加强中部和西部地区儿童NIP疫苗常规免疫服务工作。Objective To estimate routine vaccination coverage with National Immunization Program(NIP)vaccines in China from 2016 to 2019.Methods We obtained vaccination data on 22 routinely scheduled doses of NIP vaccines from the National Immunization Program Information Management System for a descriptive analysis of reported vaccination coverage.Results Overall reported coverage rates for all scheduled doses of NIP vaccines among age-eligible children were 99.23%,99.25%,99.11%,and 99.11%in 2016,2017,2018,and 2019,respectively,with vaccine-specific coverage rates ranging from 97.86%to 99.85%,from 97.56%to 99.85%,from 97.43%to 99.84%,and from 97.87%to 99.85%by year.Reported vaccination coverage rates by specific vaccines in eastern,central,and western areas ranged from 99.37%to 99.51%,from 98.78%to 99.02%,and from 98.89%to 99.20%.Conclusions Reported routine vaccination coverage with NIP vaccines was high among age-eligible children in China in 2016-2019.We should continue strengthening routine vaccination services of NIP vaccines for children in the central and western areas.
