摘　　要：文章认为,目前上海环境服务业存在着污染治理市场相对较小、本地企业竞争能力偏弱、政府支持力度不足的问题,需要明确环保服务业对于绿色经济和生态文明的意义和作用,多措并举切实减轻企业负担、补齐政府配套服务短板,牢牢把握住上海环境服务业发展的新机遇。The article argues that, at present, Shanghai’s environmental service industry has problems such as a relatively small market for pollution control, weak competitiveness of local enterprises, and insufficient government support.It is necessary to clarify the significance and role of the environmental service industry for green economy and ecological civilization, take multiple measures to effectively reduce the burden on enterprises,make up for the shortcomings of government supporting services, and firmly grasp the new opportunities for the development of Shanghai’s environmental service industry.
