摘　　要：针对色母粒着色会影响发泡鞋材颜色鲜艳度及力学性能的问题,试验采用分散染料对EVA发泡材料进行载体染色,测试了染色后EVA的耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度。结果表明,采用10 g/L的载体,染料质量分数为2%(omf),在60℃染色,可以获得较高的K/S值。其中,分散黑DRD染色的EVA耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均较好,耐湿摩擦色牢度可达3~4级。∶In view of the coloring of the master batch will affect the color brightness and mechanical properties of foamed sole materials,the carrier dyeing of EVA foamed materials is carried out with disperse dyes,and the color fastness to rubbing and soaping of dyed EVA are tested.The results show that using 10 g/L carrier,2%(omf)disperse dyes,and dyeing at 60℃,a higher K/S value of the dyeings can be obtained.EVA material dyed with Disperse Black DRD has good color fastness to rubbing and soaping,and the color fastness to wet rubbing can reach Grade 3-4.
