摘 要:安全壳是核电厂事故条件下,防止辐射性物质外溢的最后一道保护屏障^([1])。安全壳结构健康实时监测是保障核电工程服役期间安全运营的重要手段,也是核电工程延寿的有力保证。采用有限元方法,引入BIM技术,建立安全壳监测模型,确定重点监测部位,搭建永久性仪表监测(CIM)系统。结合可视化和大数据处理技术,实现核电安全壳智慧监测,实现安全壳服役状态实时监测、信息存储记录及分析处理、安全壳异常响应预警和永久性仪表运维管理等多种功能。Containment is the last protective barrier to prevent the overflow of radioactive substances under the accident conditions of nuclear power plant^([1]).Real time monitoring of containment structure health is not only an important means to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power projects during service,but also a powerful guarantee for prolonging the life of nuclear power projects.The finite element method(FEM) is adopted and building information modeling(BIM) technology is introduced to establish the containment monitoring model,determine the key monitoring parts,and build the containment instrument measurement(CIM)system.The paper combines visualization and big-data processing technology to realize intelligent monitoring of nuclear power containment.It has many functions,such as real-time monitoring of containment service status,information storage,recording,analysis and processing,early warning of containment abnormal response and the containment instrument operation and maintenance management.
