摘 要:通过熔融共混法制备了具有石蜡(PW)单一相变特性、高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)单一相变特性、PW和PE-HD多级相变特性的相变复合材料,探究相变材料的相变特性对电子器件热量管理效果的影响。实验以加热片模拟发热电子器件。结果表明,单一相变复合材料可以使加热片温度降低17.9℃,而多级相变复合材料可以使加热片温度降低27.2℃。在多级相变复合材料的基础上进一步引入导热填料-石墨烯微片(GNPs),可以加快电子器件的热量向多级相变复合材料传递并高效耗散,从而能进一步降低加热片的温度。结果表明,含质量分数10%的GNPs的多级相变复合材料能使加热片温度降低32.8℃。因此,制备得到的导热多级相变复合材料在电子电器热量管理中表现出巨大的应用潜力。Phase change composites with single phase change characteristics of paraffin wax(PW),single phase change characteristics of high-density polyethylene(PE-HD),multi-stage phase change characteristics of PW and PE-HD were fabricated by melt blending,and the influence of phase change characteristics of phase change materials(PCMs)on the thermal management performance of electronic devices was explored.Taking the heating plate as simulating electronic devices,the results demonstrate that the temperature of the heating plate in combination with phase change composites with single phase change characteristics can be reduced by 17.9℃,while the temperature of the heating plate in combination with phase change composites with multi-stage phase change characteristics can be reduced by 27.2℃.On the basis of multi-stage phase change composites,thermally conductive graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)were introduced to accelerate the heat transfer and effective dissipation from the heating plate to the multi-stage phase change composites.The results reveal that the temperature of the heating plate in combination with phase change composites containing 10wt%GNPs can be decreased by 32.8℃.Therefore,the thermally conductive multi-stage phase change com posites present great application potential in the thermal management of electronic devices.
