摘 要:采用熔融共混工艺和熔融浸渍分别制备了短玻璃纤维增强聚苯硫醚复合材料(PPS/SGF)和长玻璃纤维增强聚苯硫醚(PPS/LGF)复合材料,并对复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,在玻璃纤维质量分数为30%时,PPS/SGF和PPS/LGF复合材料的拉伸强度分别为110 MPa和122 MPa;弯曲强度分别为175 MPa和208 MPa;弯曲弹性模量分别为8 GPa和9 GPa;缺口冲击强度和无缺口冲击强度分别为7.7,11.9 kJ/m^(2)和31,37 kJ/m^(2)。PPS/LGF复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、缺口冲击强度和无缺口冲击强度相较于PPS/SGF复合材料分别提高了11.0%,18.9%,11.3%,54.5%和19.4%。PPS/SGF和PPS/LGF复合材料的热变形温度分别达到250℃和275℃,PPS/LGF复合材料的热变形温度高于PPS/SGF复合材料热变形温度10%。Short glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS/SGF)composite and long glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS/LGF)composite were prepared by melt blending process and melt impregnation process respectively.The mechanical properties and heat resistance of the composites were compared and analyzed.The results show that when the mass fraction of glass fiber is 30%,the tensile strength of PPS/SGF and PPS/LGF composites are 110 MPa and 122 MPa,respectively.The bending strength is 175 MPa and 208 MPa,respectively.Bending modulus are 8 GPa and 9 GPa,respectively.Notched impact strength and unnotched impact strength are 7.7,11.9 kJ/m^(2) and 31,37 kJ/m^(2),respectively.The tensile strength,bending strength,bending modulus,notched impact strength and notched impact strength of PPS/LGF composites are increased by 11.0%,18.9%,11.3%,54.5%and 19.4%,respectively,compared with PPS/SGF composites.The thermal deformation temperature of PPS/SGF composites reaches 250℃,and that of PPS/LGF composites reaches 275℃,which is 10%higher than that of PPS/SGF composites.
