摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/木粉复合材料,以微球发泡剂采用模压发泡法制备了PBAT/木粉复合发泡材料,并对PBAT/木粉复合材料的流变性能、结晶性能和发泡行为进行研究。结果表明,木粉含量的增加使PBAT/木粉复合材料的熔体弹性、黏度和结晶温度提高。制备的闭孔发泡材料的泡孔尺寸较均匀。木粉含量在30份以下时,随着木粉含量的增加,发泡材料的泡孔密度逐渐增加、泡孔尺寸变化不大、表观密度和发泡倍率稍有增加;木粉含量超过30份时泡孔密度和表观密度突然降低,泡孔尺寸和发泡倍率突然增大。木粉含量为40份时仍能制备PBAT/木粉复合发泡材料,其表观密度为0.212 g/cm^(3)。木粉使发泡材料的压缩强度降低,当木粉含量增加至30份时复合发泡材料的压缩强度与纯PBAT发泡材料相差不大。The poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/wood powder composites were prepared by melt blending.And PBAT/wood powder composite foams were prepared by the compression moulding foaming way with microsphere foaming agent.The rheological property,crystallization property and foaming behavior of the composite were characterized.The results show that the melt elasticity,viscosity and crystallization temperature of PBAT/wood powder composites increases with the increase of wood powder content.The obtained composite foams have closed-cell structure and uniform cells.When the content of wood powder is below 30 phr,with the increase of wood powder content,the cell density of foamed materials increases gradually.And the appar-ent density and foaming ratio increases slightly,the cell size changes little.When the content of wood powder exceeds 30 phr,the cell density and the apparent density decrease suddenly.But the cell size and the foaming ratio increases suddenly.Wood powder decreases the compressive strength of foamed materials.PBAT/wood powder composite foam with apparent density 0.212 g/cm^(3) can still be obtained when the content of wood powder is 40 phr.When the content of wood powder increases to 30 phr,the compressive strength of the compostie foams is almost the same as that of pure PBAT foamed materials.
