摘 要:针对在激光透射焊接透明塑料过程中使用吸收剂所带来的外观不佳以及污染等问题,探究了在不使用吸收剂的条件下对透明塑料进行直接焊接的可行性。使用1910 nm半导体激光器对聚碳酸酯(PC)与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)异种透明塑料板材进行了无吸收剂激光透射焊接试验。以激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量作为影响焊接效果的三因素设计焊接实验。通过分析焊接试件的焊缝形貌外观以及拉断力大小确定了合适的焊接参数,验证了无吸收剂激光透射焊接PC/PMMA透明塑料的可行性。结果表明,在激光功率20 W、焊接速度9 mm/s、离焦量-2 mm时得到的焊接试件拉断力大、焊缝形貌清洁规整无气泡或烧焦现象,焊接效果较为理想。Aiming at the problems of poor appearance and pollution caused by the use of absorbents in the process of laser transmission welding of transparent plastics,the feasibility of direct welding of transparent plastics without the use of absorbents was explored.The absorber-free laser transmission welding test of polycarbonate(PC)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)dissimilar transparent plastic was carried out by using 1910 nm semiconductor laser.The laser power,welding speed and defocus distance were taken as three factors to design the welding experiment.The appropriate welding parameters were determined by analyzing the morphology and breaking force of welding seam,and the feasibility of absorbent-free laser transmission welding PC/PMMA transparent plastic is verified.The results show that the welding specimens own the large breaking force,clean and regular welding seam without bubbles or scorching,the welding effect is ideal at the laser power of 20 W,the welding speed of 9 mm/s,and the defocusing distance of-2 mm.
