摘 要:利用锥形双螺杆熔融挤出二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)交联高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)型坯,再借助高温加热装置对型坯进行后交联处理,最后得到耐温性较高的挤出成型过氧化物交联PE-HD型材。通过对试样交联度、热变形温度、力学性能和差示扫描量热(DSC)测试及表征,探究了不同DTBP含量对挤出成型过氧化物交联PE-HD试样性能的影响。结果表明,随着DTBP含量的增加,试样的交联度、热变形温度均先增加后逐渐平缓,在DTBP质量分数为2.0%时,交联度达到极值74.7%,试样的维卡软化温度则随着DTBP含量的增加先增加后减少。试样的拉伸强度随着DTBP添加量的增加逐渐减小,缺口冲击强度则逐渐增加,DTBP质量分数为2.5%时的缺口冲击强度达到了98.60 kJ/m^(2),与未交联的纯PE-HD相比增加了64.54 kJ/m^(2),增长率达289.5%,试样的弯曲强度则随着DTBP含量的增加,先增大后逐渐稳定;随着交联度的增加,试样的结晶度降低。Di-tert-butyl peroxide(DTBP)crosslinked high density polyethylene(PE-HD)billet was extruded by conical twin screw extruder and then crosslinked by high temperature heating device to obtain the high temperature resistant extruded peroxide crosslinked PE-HD profiles.The effects of different DTBP contents on the properties of extruded peroxide-crosslinked PE-HD samples were investigated by testing the crosslinking degree,thermal deformation temperature,mechanical properties,and DSC.The results show that with the increase of DTBP content,the crosslinking degree and thermal deformation temperature of the samples increases first and then gradually becomes gentle.When DTBP content is 2.0wt%,the crosslinking degree reaches an extreme value of 74.7%,the Vicat softening temperature of the samples increases first and then decreases with the increase of DTBP content.The tensile strength of the sample decreases with the increase of DTBP content,while the impact resistance increases gradually.When DTBP content is 2.5wt%,the notched impact strength reaches 98.60 kJ/m^(2),which increases by 64.54 kJ/m^(2),289.5%compared with that of uncrosslinked pure PE-HD.With the increase of DTBP content,the bending strength of samples increases first and then gradually stabilizes.With the increase of crosslinking degree,the crystallinity decrease.
