摘  要:目的探讨排便反射和排便功能重建护理模式在小儿功能性便秘的应用效果。方法选择2020年1—10月在佛山市某三级甲等医院收治的功能性便秘患儿60例,将2020年1月至5月的26名患儿设为对照组,2020年6月至10月的34名患儿设为研究组,对照组患儿采用常规排便训练护理模式,研究组患儿在排便训练护理模式的基础上联合排便反射和排便功能重建护理模式。比较2组患儿护理后1个月及3个月的疗效评定,记录复发情况。结果研究组护理后3个月疗效评定优于对照组(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,1个月及3个月总疗效及复发率均低于对照组,但复发率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论排便反射和排便功能重建护理模式治疗小儿功能性便秘是有效、易行的方法,对改善患儿便秘症状有一定的意义。Objective Objective to explore the effect of defecation reflex and defecation function reconstruction nursing mode on children with functional constipation.Methods 60 children with functional constipation were selected from January to October 2020 in a third class a hospital in Foshan City.26 children from January to may 2020 were set as the control group,and 34 children from June to October 2020 were set as the study group,on the basis of defecation training nursing mode,the study group combined with defecation reflex and defecation function reconstruction nursing mode.The curative effect of 1 month and 3 months after nursing was compared between the two groups,and the recurrence was recorded.Results After 3 months of nursing,the curative effect evaluation of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Defecation reflex and defecation function reconstruction nursing mode in the treatment of children with functional constipation is an effective and feasible method,which has a certain significance to improve the constipation symptoms of children.
