散结开音法治疗喉喑血瘀痰凝证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用会厌逐瘀汤配合外用散结开音膏治疗喉喑的疗效。方法选取长春中医药大学耳鼻喉门诊血瘀痰凝型喉喑患者72例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组采用口服会厌逐瘀汤联合外用散结开音膏治疗,对照组采用口服会厌逐瘀汤治疗,7日为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果观察组总有效率93.94%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论会厌逐瘀汤联合外用散结开音膏治疗喉喑血瘀痰凝证疗效显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of using epiglottis Zhuyu decoction combined with external use Sanjie Kaiyin ointment in treating laryngeal edema.Methods 72 patients with blood stasis,phlegm and coagulation of larynx were randomly divided into observation group and comparison group.The observation group applicationoral Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction combined with external Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment,and the comparison group was treated with oral Huiyan Zhuyudecoction,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results The overall response rate observation group was 93.94% and that of the comparison group was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion epiglottis and blood stasis decoction combined with external use of Sanjie Kaiyin ointment has a significant effect on the treatment of laryngeal edema blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome.
