中药鼻腔雾化治疗慢性鼻窦炎的相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析中药鼻腔雾化方法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法自本院耳鼻咽喉科门诊选择220例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机等比例分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者使用本院自制的中药制剂,溶解于生理盐水后雾化吸入;对照组患者使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂的同时,口服罗红霉素。两组患者用药4周后,按照完全治愈、有所好转、无效三项标准,评估并统计治疗成效。结果治疗四周后,观察组治疗成效达到84.55%(含41例完全治愈、52例有所好转),高于对照组的70.00%(完全治愈29例、48例有所好转),P值<0.05,分组差异具有统计学意义。结论本院自制的中药制剂雾化吸入法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果优于布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合罗红霉素用药方式,可推广使用。Objective Objective to study and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nasal atomization in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods 220 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine made in our hospital and inhaled in saline solution.The patients in the control group were treated with roxithromycin at the same time of Budesonide Nasal Spray.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment effect was evaluated and counted according to the three criteria of complete cure,improvement and inefficacy.Results after four weeks of treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group was 84.55%(including 41 cases completely cured and 52 cases improved),which was higher than 70.00%(29 cases completely cured and 48 cases improved)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The aerosol inhalation method made by our hospital is better than Budesonide Nasal Spray and roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.
