针药合用联合突聋伴眩晕常规治疗对重度听力损失的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药合用联合突聋伴眩晕常规治疗对重度听力损失的临床疗效。方法收集突聋伴眩晕重度听损患者60例,分常规组和联合组,比较电测听、眼震视图、冷热实验等指标治疗前后的变化。结果:两组患者治疗前基线比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。冷热实验比较显示,SDWV异常率最高,达77.78%,头昏异常率最低,为14.28%。听力治疗组治疗前后平均听阈具有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组差异不显著(P=0.05)。治疗前、后平均听阈、眩晕2组均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论联合治疗对于听力的改善效果更优,两组对眩晕的改善区别不大,均能较快的缓解眩晕。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional treatment on sudden severe hearing loss and deafness with vertigo.Methods A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo and severe hearing loss were divided into routine group and combined group.The changes of indicators such as electrical audiometry,nystagmus view,cold and heat experiment before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in basic information between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The comparison of cold and hot experiments showed that the abnormal rate of SDWV was the highest at 77.78%,and the abnormal rate of dizziness was the lowest at 14.28%.There was a significant difference in the average hearing threshold before and after treatment in the hearing treatment group(P<0.05),while the difference in the control group was not significant(P=0.05).There was no significant difference in average hearing threshold and vertigo before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of combination therapy for the improvement of hearing better,little difference between the two groups to improve vertigo,can quickly relieve vertigo.
