针灸治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减低患者临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析针灸治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减低的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月~2020年5月收治的桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减低患者78例,随机分为对照组和研究组,均39例。比较临床疗效、甲状腺激素及甲状腺相关抗体指标水平、不良反应。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比,两组治疗后甲状腺激素及甲状腺相关抗体指标水平均改善,以研究组最显著(P<0.05);两组未见明显不良反应。结论针灸治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减低患者的临床疗效佳,能有效调节甲状腺激素及相关抗体水平,安全性较高,值得临床应用推广。Objective To analyze the application value of acupuncture in the treatment of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis combined with hypothyroidism.Methods 78 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism who were admitted to this hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 39 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone,the antibodies levels related to thyroid,and adverse reactions were compared.Results a.The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of thyroid hormones and thyroid-related antibodies in the two groups improved after treatment,and the study group was the most significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture has good clinical effects in the treatment of patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism.It can effectively regulate the levels of thyroid hormones and related antibodies,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
