摘　　要：李云英教授认为脾虚清阳不升,浊阴上干,耳窍失养而功能失司,以致耳部病变为脓耳重要病因病机。李师从健脾益气补土法方面论治脓耳,治疗时注重中医为体,辨证论治,遣方用药,进而有效治疗脓耳及延缓疾病发展。Pro.Yunying Li believes that purulent ear is caused by spleen deficiency.The TCM mechanism is failure to upbear the clear and downbear the turbid because of spleen deficiency,and ultimately end up with hearing loss and function disorder.Pro.Li emphasizes on tranditional Chinese medical treatments to fortify the spleen,replenish qi and tonify the spleen,which based on differentiation of syndromes and specific treatment.This method not only help to treat purulent ear effectively,but also delay the development of the disease.
