起垄覆膜对冬种马铃薯抗寒能力的影响

摘  要:本试验以荷兰15号马铃薯品种为试材,研究了在平畦覆膜、低垄覆膜、高垄覆膜3种处理下,马铃薯产量、土壤温度、土壤含水量、抗寒能力、叶片可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量的差异,探索起垄覆膜对冬种马铃薯抗寒能力的影响。结果表明:相比于平畦覆膜,低垄覆膜和高垄覆膜的马铃薯产量、土壤温度、抗寒能力、叶片可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均显著提高,高垄覆膜的马铃薯产量、土壤温度、抗寒能力均优于低垄覆膜,但高垄覆膜的土壤含水量显著低于低垄覆膜。由此可知,起垄覆膜可以有效调节冬季土壤的温度,增加了马铃薯产量以及叶片的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,增强了马铃薯的抗寒能力,且适当提高种植垄的高度更有利于抗寒和增产,但要注意水分供给。In order to explore the effect of ridging and film mulching on the cold resistance of winter potato, potato variety Helan 15 was used as the test material, and the differences of potato yield, soil temperature, soil water content,cold resistance, soluble sugar and proline contents in leaves were studied under three treatments of flat bed mulching, low ridge mulching and high ridge mulching. The results showed that potato yield, soil temperature, cold resistance, soluble sugar and proline contents in leaves significantly increased under low ridge mulching and high ridge mulching compared with flat bed mulching, and potato yield, soil temperature and cold resistance under high ridge mulching were all better than those under low ridge mulching. However, soil water content under high ridge mulching was significantly lower than that under low ridge mulching. Therefore, ridging and film mulching can effectively regulate soil temperature in winter,increase potato yield and soluble sugar and proline contents in leaves, enhance the cold resistance of potato. Moreover,increasing the ridge height appropriately is more conducive to cold resistance and yield increase, but attention should be paid to the water supply.
