摘 要:传统新能源储能逆变器共模电压降低方法的电压波纹明显,动态响应速度过慢,为了解决上述问题,提出了一种新的新能源储能逆变器共模电压降低方法。结合峰值电压以及零状态持续时间,设计脉冲宽度调制控制策略以实现共模电压脉冲调制方式,设定集成电路中的电压为直流电压,使电压矢量根据脉冲序列的上升而下降,三相上管关断,下管导通,完成新能源储能逆变器优化,调制策略脉冲平移在最短时间做到了动态切换,确保了良好的共模电压差模属性。实验结果表明,提出的新能源储能逆变器共模电压降低方法能够很好地减少电压波纹,提高动态响应速度。The traditional common mode voltage reduction method of new energy storage inverter has obvious voltage ripple and slow dynamic response speed. In order to solve the above problems, a new common mode voltage reduction method of new energy storage inverter is proposed. Combined with the peak voltage and zero state duration, the pulse width modulation control strategy is designed to realize the common mode voltage pulse modulation mode. The voltage in the integrated circuit is set as the DC voltage, so that the voltage vector decreases according to the rise of the pulse sequence. The three-phase upper tube is turned off and the lower tube is turned on. The optimization of the new energy storage inverter is completed, and the pulse translation of the modulation strategy is achieved in the shortest time Dynamic switching is realized to ensure good common mode voltage differential mode property. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the voltage ripple and improve the dynamic response speed.
