摘　　要：本文介绍了离线Low-E生产线的三个部分:上片区、镀膜区和下片区,通过输送辊道将此三部分连接成一个整体,同时协助辊道的单机设备完成预定的动作,可靠运行是顺利生产的基础保证,润滑是重要的保障措施之一。本文结合生产线的实际运行情况探讨各个设备的润滑制度。This paper introduces three parts of off-line low-E production line:sheet-loading zone,coating zone and sheetunloading zone.These three parts are connected as a whole by conveyor to assist the single equipment of conveyor completing the scheduled action.Reliable operation is the basic guarantee of successful production,lubrication is one of the important guarantee measures.This paper discusses the lubrication system of each equipment according to the actual operation of the production line.
