摘　　要：目的 探讨导管信息化管理平台对神经外科中长导管置管患者护理安全的影响。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年5月神经外科收治的行中长导管置管患者180例为研究对象,按照组间基线资料匹配原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组90例,对照组行常规留置导管管理,观察组应用导管信息化管理平台实施管理,比较两组导管并发症发生率、导管留置时间、导管维护费用及患者满意度评分。结果观察组渗血、穿刺部位肿胀、机械性静脉炎、导管滑脱、导管尖端移位、深静脉血栓的发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者导管留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者导管维护费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 导管信息化管理平台可降低神经外科中长导管置管患者并发症发生率,提高患者置管安全性及满意度。Objective To explore the ef fect of catheter information management platform on nursing safety of patients with medium and long catheters in neurosurgery.Methods To select 180 patients with medium-to-long catheter intubation who were admitted to neurosurgery from June 2019 to May 2021 as the study objects,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the matching principle of baseline data between the groups,with 90 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine indwelling catheter management,and the observation group was managed by catheter information management platform.The incidence of catheter complications,catheter indwelling time,catheter maintenance costs and patient satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of bleeding,puncture site swelling,mechanical phlebitis,catheter slippage,catheter tip displacement and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter indwelling time of patients in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter maintenance costs of patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The catheter information management platform can reduce the incidence of complications in neurosurgery patients with medium and long catheters,and improve the safety and satisfaction of patients with catheterization.
