摘  要:为改良青海当地蚕豆资源,提高菜用性商品品质,并研究菜用蚕豆的主要数量性状的遗传效应,以TF 42、GF 74、GF 96为母本,陵西一寸、通蚕鲜7号为父本进行杂交,采用不完全双列杂交试验设计配置6个组合。结果表明,在F_(1)群体中,各组合百粒重具有较强的超亲优势,其余性状均为负值。各组合荚层数中亲优势均为负值,余下6个性状中亲优势均为正值。配合力分析表明,符合试验预期目标的亲本组合为TF 42×陵西一寸、GF 74×通蚕鲜7号。遗传力结果表明,百粒重、单荚粒数、单株荚数的遗传力均较高,受到环境因素的影响较小,可进行早代选择,其余性状需进行多代筛选。To improve the local broad bean resources,improve the quality of vegetable commodity in Qinghai province,and to study the genetic effect of main quantitative traits of vegetable broad bean,the hybridization was conducted with broad bean varieties TF 42,GF 74 and GF 96 as female parent and Lingxiyicun and Tongcanxian 7 were as male parent.Six combinations were designed by incomplete diallel cross test.The results showed that the 100-grain weight of each combination had a strong superparental advantage in F_(1) population,and the other traits were negative.The pod layer number of mid-parent heterosis in each combination was negative,while the remaining 6 traits of mid-parent heterosis was positive.Combining ability analysis showed that the parent combinations of TF 42×Lingxiyicun and GF 74×Tongcanxian 7 were met the expected object of the experiment.The results of heritability showed that the heritability of 100-seed weight,number of pods per plant and number of pods per plant were all high,which were less affected by environmental factors,and could be selected in early generation,while other traits needed to be selected in multiple generations.
