摘 要:采用两套新质源亲本,按3×6 NCⅡ遗传设计,分析了3个不育系与6个恢复系配制的18个两系杂交早稻组合的株高、穗长等10个性状的配合力和遗传力。结果表明,除单株有效穗外,其余9个性状组合间的差异均达极显著水平;恢复系除单株有效穗和小区产量外,其余性状的一般配合力方差均达显著水平;不育系株高、穗长、单株有效穗、小区产量和长宽比的一般配合力方差达到显著水平。恢复系R 76/鹏超1号和不育系标广占63 S表现出较好的一般配合力,组合标广占63 S/(R 76/鹏超1号)的特殊配合力表现最佳。10个性状中单株有效穗、穗实粒数、小区产量的狭义遗传力较小,容易受到环境的影响。In this paper,combining ability and heritability of 10 traits(e.g.height and panicle length,etc.)in 18 two-line early hybrid rice combinations made by 3 sterile lines and 6 restorer lines were analyzed by using two sets of new parents based on 3×6 NCⅡgenetic design.The results showed that there were significant differences among the combinations of 9 traits except effective panicle per plant.In restorer lines,the variance of general combining ability was significant except for effective panicle per plant and plot yield,while the variance of general combining ability of plant height,panicle length,effective panicle per plant,plot yield and length-width ratio reached significant level in sterile lines.The restorer line R 76/Pengchao 1 and sterile line Guangzhan 63 S showed good general combining ability,while the combination of Guangzhan 63 S with R 76 or Pengchao 1 showed the best special combining ability.The narrow heritability of effective panicle per plant,grain number per panicle and plot yield was small,which was easily affected by environment.
