摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱法,以5种有效成分为评价指标,对收集到的30批贵州不同产地石吊兰种质资源药材进行品质分析。结果表明,不同种源药材中5种有效成分的含量差异均表现为连翘酯苷B>毛蕊花糖苷>7-羟基-6,8,4′-三甲氧基-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮苷(Ⅱ)>石吊兰素>5,4′-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),以贵州长顺代化镇、惠水大龙乡、册亨戴家坡、安龙仙鹤坪产地的总含量较高。研究结果为该药材规范化种植的优良种质筛选提供了研究基础,有利于促进现代中药农业的可持续发展。In this study,the quality of 30 batches of Lysinotus pauciflorus germplasm resources collected from different areas of Guizhou province were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC)with 5 effective constituents as evaluation indexes.The results showed that the contents of 5 effective constituents in different provenances were different as followed forsythoside B>verbasoside>7-hydroxy-6,8,4′-trimethoxy-5-O-β-D-glucoseflavonoside(Ⅱ)>lysionotin>5,4′-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxy-8-C-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ).The total content was higher in Dayhua Town of Changshun County,Dalong Town of Huishui County,Daijiapo of Ceheng County and Xianheping of Anlong County.The results provided a research basis for the selection of excellent germplasm for the standardized cultivation of this herb,which was conducive to promoting the sustainable development of modern traditional Chinese medicine agriculture.
