摘  要:对不同来源的6种北柴胡种子表型性状及生活力进行评价,利用GC-MS技术对北柴胡种子的挥发油成分进行分离鉴定。结果表明,不同产区北柴胡种子化合物共有成分α-石竹烯和β-石竹烯与生活力呈显著相关关系。本研究首次系统研究了不同产地北柴胡种子生活力与挥发油成分之间的关系,为北柴胡种子质量评价提供了新的理论依据。In this paper,the seed phenotypic traits and viability of 6 Bupleurum chinense seeds from different sources were evaluated,and the volatile oil components were isolated and identified by GC-MS.The results showed thatα-caryophyllene andβ-caryophyllene had significant correlation with viability.This study was the first to systematically study the relationship between seed viability and volatile oil components of B.chinense from different habitats,which provided a new theoretical basis for seed quality evaluation of B.chinense.
