摘  要:本实验以房山紫堇种子为材料,对种子外部形态进行描述,并通过石蜡切片技术研究种子内部结构,从形态学角度研究种子萌发率低的原因。使用不同发芽温度与不同GA_(3)浓度设计正交试验,以筛选房山紫堇种子萌发的适宜条件。结果表明,房山紫堇种子自然发芽率低主要是由于外壳坚硬与自然环境温度较低导致,发芽温度为30℃且GA_(3)浓度为1800 mg/L组合的发芽率最高,平均为28.3%。In this study,the Corydalis fangshanensis seeds were used as materials to describe the external morphology of the seeds,and the internal structure of the seeds was studied by paraffin section.And,the reasons for the low germination rate of the seeds were studied from the morphological point of view.Orthogonal experiments were designed with different germination temperatures and different GA_(3) concentrations to screen suitable germination conditions for C.fangshanensis seeds.It was found that the low natural germination rate of C.fangshanensis seeds was mainly caused by hard shell and low environmental temperature.And,the results showed that the germination rate of the combination of 30℃and 1800 mg/L GA_(3) was the highest,with an average of 28.3%.
